Katie received her Doctorate of Physical therapy in 2012 from D’Youville University. Following graduation she pursued postgraduate studies in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy from the prestigious Herman and Wallace Institute and Orthopedic Rehabilitation through the McKenzie Institute. Katie holds a BA in Dance from Point Park University where she integrated Pilates to enhance her dance training.

Katie specializes in Orthopedics, Neuromuscular, and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation.She is a Certified McKenzie practitioner for Orthopedics. She specializes in Female, Male, and Pediatric Bladder and Bowel Dysfunction. She is finalizing her PCES (pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercises) certification and yoga 200 hour teacher certification.

Katie also holds additional post graduate education and training in vestibular rehabilitation and focused her graduate research in neurologic and balance training integrating and studyiing the effects of Tai Chi.
When she is not working she enjoys hiking with her family at Chestnut Ridge and knitting.
