Deb Borer, LMT

Deb is bringing her hands and feet to Sana!
After receiving her Massage Therapy diploma in 1996 at the New York Institute of Massage in Williamsville, NY she quickly found her calling with ‘Ashiatsu’ becoming certified in 2007. In 2018 she added Certified Personal Trainer to her resume. ‘Ashiatsu’ is a therapeutic massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep (or light), broad, consistent pressure while using their feet and body weight. Cream or oil is applied to make this massage fluid and relaxing. Both the therapist’s hands and feet are used during a session depending on the needs of the client. Deb is equally at home with a 6’2” linebacker or an 85-year-old retiree.

Deb also specializes in prenatal massage with certification and experience with treating our pre and postnatal patients since 1998.

After hours you will find Deb enjoying life with her husband, 2 horses and 2 dogs. She likes long distance backpacking, her 1956 BMW R50 motorcycle, working with her horses and helping others as a Master Forest Owner volunteer with Cornell Cooperative Extension. Deb and her husband are looking forward to teaching their grandsons horse and dirt bike riding!
